Pricing FAQ
Is there a contract? Starter and Core run on a rolling 30-day notice period. Grow requires a 3-month minimum. Pro requires 6 months. We'll tell you the minimum term clearly before you sign anything.
Are there setup costs? No setup fees on any tier. The AEO Fast-Start (£1,500) is a one-time project fee, not a setup fee — it produces three neighbourhood guides and a full citation baseline. It's deliverable work, not admin.
Can I upgrade or downgrade? Yes. Upgrade at any time (effective next billing cycle). Downgrade with 30 days' notice.
What about paid media? Is it included? No. Paid media is not bundled into the core team tiers. If you want specialist paid media support, we scope it separately around your goals and budget. Any ad spend goes directly from you to the platform, with full transparency.
What CRM systems do you integrate with? We support the major CRM platforms used in UK estate agency. If you're unsure whether yours is compatible, ask us during the audit or booking call. We'll tell you directly.
What size agency is this built for? We designed this for independent UK estate agents: commuter belt and regional offices, typically 1–5 branches, and self-employed agents at networks like eXp UK, Keller Williams UK, iad UK, TAUK, and Avocado Property.
